Lionheads make great pets they i would say one of the best pets for their size. They have a consistant temperment.They are real "lap warmers" and are good with children being gentle and mainly the breed to put with whats thrown at them
Breeding Lionheads
Lionheads are good mothers. They are very tolerent of inquisative human hands and pull vast ammounts of fur out belly and chest. They remain loyal to their babies and i have been told they do make good foster does the average litter contains 4-6 but can be more or less.
Showing Lionheads
Lionheads in order to be shown must show a cobby body to be very well muscled and as wide as possible the head is to be close to the body and well devolped. Mane is to be V around the neck 2-3 inches long and assilky as possible. They are to weight 3- 3 lbs 12 ozs.
